3389 port tcp or udp  I do not see anything in the logs that support AV is preventing the Remote Desktop Service service from listening on port 3389. I have checked AV System logs, Risk Logs, Scan Logs, Threat Logs, Traffic Logs and Packet Logs, Nothing stands out. Again, we kill this service and start it back up and it works for a couple of days.
